We’re looking for a proactive and accountableMotorcycle Sales Manager who will be a key part of our team, driving sales, engaging with the motorcycle community, and delivering top-notch service.  

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  • Sales Management: Manage the sales of motorcycles, spares, accessories, and apparel.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service to customers, from first inquiries and identification of needs, to after-sales support, including warranty management.
  • Sales Operations: Handle sales-related activities such as documentation and records, motorcycle sale and registrations, and service records & warranty.
  • Demo and Test Rides: Oversee the scheduling and management of demo bikes and test rides for prospective buyers.
  • Event Coordination: Collaborate with our in-house partner to organize and execute brand events, ride-outs, and community engagements.
  • Workshop Alignment: Work closely with the workshop team to ensure seamless coordination on vehicle prep, repairs, and customer support.
  • Marketing Support: Assist with promotional activities, marketing events, and facilitate community-building experiences around the brand.
  • System Proficiency: Use POS, DMS, CRM systems, and invoicing software to streamline operations and sales processes.

 

Requirements:  

  • Matric Certificate (BA degree is a plus)
  • Minimum of3 years of experience in motorcycle dealership sales team
  • Solid knowledge of motorcycle sales processes.
  • Proficient in industry-standard systems (POS, DMS, CRM, Xero).
  • A validmotorcycle and car license.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with a friendly and approachable personality.
  • Proactive, accountable, punctual and driven to achieve sales and performance targets.
